As Coastal Care Nursing (CCN) prepared to expand into new cities, their hiring website needed a UI refresh. Additionally, they wanted region-specific landing pages for targeting marketing.
I worked with their team to create three site designs:
- Primary website update UI design
- Pre-launch hiring page for marketing efforts gathering applicants before servicing the region
- Post-launch hiring page for ongoing marketing efforts to the specific area once service began
The sites were integrated with their customer software database to seamlessly add candidates to their in-house hiring flows.
